I am new to this, and in the latest hoard of stamps that I found in a tote...(long story for those that don't know it), I found some unopened packages from the united nations postal administration. Do I go about looking up these stamps through scott numbers like the others or ??? I got so used to looking at the older stamps that these through me for a loop! Here is some sample photos of the first few packages I have opened, they are all from 1990-1995. All of these also came with mint blocks and full mint sheets btw.
