Hi, I have a set of Bulgaria WWII memorial stamps, but cannot determine the year of issue. I've spent considerable time looking in the Scotts catalog, with no luck. Anyone out there know about these?

Yes, the description reads more like Bulgarian patriots that died during or before WWII. They were issued as a set, so I "assume" they were from the same year or close to it.
The pic in my 2008 Scott Catalog has the bottom section essentially blanked out, and it was just not apparent. Also, I was told that they were from the mid 80s, which of course in incorrect.
