Within the last 10 years, Peru seems to have issued a number of stamps in both regular and imperforate format. The latter are often offered at relatively high prices on both ebay and Delcampe yet they seem to be unlisted by Scott and indeed not even mentioned. Is there some reason for the oversight?

This is not a oversight , are the stamp available to the public or can be purchased at the post office at face. If not then a small group controls the market.

Thanks for your comment. I don't know the answer (I am not a Peru collector). The subject has arisen only because I received 3 different imperfs on a registered letter from an ebay seller in Peru last week
