These are usually listed as Yugoslavia forerunners which are placed before Yugoslavia such as for Slavonia-Croatia and for Slovenia. These appear to be postage due stamps.

The first stamp is not listed in the Scott Catalogue
The second stamp has a Bosna Porto handstamp; also not listed.

I didn't post earlier because didn't have the opportunity to check Michel.

You are correct, that neither stamp is listed in Scott.

For the 6 fillér overprinted postage due stamp, there is a note in Michel that states the 5 & 6 fillér stamps were unauthorized printings. The 2006 Michel South Europe catalog does not assign a catalog number.

The BOSNA // PORTO overprint on the Chain Breaker stamp is a local/provisional overprint. I know it exists for several denominations, but I do not have a catalog that lists them.
