Hello, That solves the mystery, Tim and Primoz! So the pinkish underside of the cloud is indeed an offest in printing and not anything else. I'll have to see if I can get both varieties next to each other. Greetings, Kris

Welfare, help for the elderly, 1967, designed by Swedish-Norwegian artist Enzo Finger (1955- ), printed by lithography, and issued by Norway on April 16, 1997 as one of eight stamps in a booklet commemorating post-World War II development and the 350th anniversary of Norway Post, Scott No.

He conducted concerts with most of the world`s leading orchestras,
His most famous work is American musical West Side Story.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting hands holding a letter and a winged wheel, printed by photogravure, and issued for use in Ifni on November 23, 1962 for Stamp Day, Scott No. 107.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting clasped hands, a badge, and the Governor's Palace, combined engraved and lithography, and issued by Spain on October 27, 1979 as one of a set of two stamps commemorating the Catalonian and Basque autonomy statute, Scott No. 2174.

German stamp SC 1335 honors Dr. Friedrich Joseph Haass (1780-1853),physician and philanthropist. The stamp shows his helping hand.
Dr Friedrich Joseph Haass was the "holy doctor of Moscow." As a member of Moscow's governmental prison committee, he spent 25 years until the end of his life to humanize the penal system.

The 68th UN General Assembly declared 2015 the International Year of Soils (IYS) (A/RES/68/232). The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations has been nominated to implement the IYS 2015, within the framework of the Global Soil Partnership and in collaboration with Governments and the secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification.
