Sorry if this information is available someplace on here but I searched the rules and couldn't find it. I understand there are rules for selling your stuff- what about donations? I have a large accumulation of various society journals- these have a terrible record of sales on Ebay- that I need to clear out. Would I still need to list in the 'sell' forum or could I do so here? Many thanks!
I tried to send you an email but I am not allowed (I only have 5 posts) I "collect" philatelic journals and would be interested in what you have. I live in PA.
Another option is to try a donation and take a tax write-off. I live in metro Denver; near the Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library; and generally donate something useable at the end of each calendar year.
