War Of 1812 - Uss Constellation 2012 Die Cut Stamp Sheet

Hello, all. First time on the site, but looking for info about a stamp set I found while packing up the house to move. It's from 2012, a War of 1812 commemorative sheet (20 stamps) with a picture of the USS Constellation (with die cut edges). I've obviously done a little research, but I'm curious to know more about how the general philatelic community views this stamp sheet.

If it's from 2012 and refers to the War of 1812, the stamp must be that of the USS Constitution...not the USS Constellation (earlier US stamps were issued commemorating that vessel).

With 25 million stamps issued, the stamp is quite common and is worth little more than postage value on the secondary market.

Thanks, wt1 - you're right, not sure how my fingers miskeyed all the way from Constitution to Constellation....
I must've been looking at a prediction of 2012 print quantities, which implied the die cut would be the limited run. Guess not!
