Gord,

There are 14 negative feedbacks for Great-stamps that I could find. All seem to be for items not received. Is that what happened to you? If so, or for any other non compliance with the rules, such as item not as described, get a refund claim off to ebay soonest.

Gord,

Contact ebay about this. I am astonished that this guy is still listing on the bay as he seems to have done this to others. Get on to ebay now, refer them to his negative feedback, lodge a complaint of violation of ebay's rules, and ask for a refund of payment and postage.

I'm sorry, but to be quite frank, that is your own fault.

I don't care how high-profile a seller may be, what their feedback looks like, what they promise, or even if they are your best friend. Once you hit day 40 or so of the 45-day PayPal window, you file a claim for items not received.

Period. End of discussion. No exceptions.

Filing a claim extends the window and preserves your rights. You *ALWAYS*, no matter what the circumstances, follow the procedures to preserve your rights.

You can't allow yourself to be your own worst enemy.
