These are Dutch semi postal stamps and are not listed in the U.S. Scott catalogue. Maybe Michel catalogue lists them.

Voor Het Kind translates "for the child" They are child welfare or child charity stamps.

In my view, they're just normal Dutch stamps, that, for sure, will be listed on Michel or Yvert et Tellier catalogs. Why should US Scott list them?

I meant to convey that the Scott catalogue which is U.S. based does not list these stamps in the Netherland section and to try Michel. Sorry for the confusion. Of course, they are not listed under U.S. Anyone with a Michel or Y&T catalogue?

These are Netherlands semi-postals issued in 1941 as Child Welfare Stamps. Scott nos. are B139-B143, used value approx. $1 for all 5 stamps. SG nos. are 563-567.

In my view, this is a philatelic card, sent between stamp collectors. Semi-postal stamps are hard to find properly circulated on a cover or a card; even more with war-time semi-postal stamps.
I've asked myself pen-pals to post to me some elusive semi-postals, even supplying myself the stamps.
Sometimes, it's the only way to have some stamps gone through the post.
