This was in a mixed box I bought on ebay got no idea what it is, maybe you do?

Looks like a cover that went from Jechnitz ,Austria thru the Czech Republic city of Prague to Petersburg .

The town it was posted from Jechnitz is modern day Jesenice in the Czech Republic then in the Austrian province of Bohemia.
