So I wanted to start a new auction here on SCF, but I see that rule #3 reads: 3. Counterfeits and replicas may NOT be listed.

Question, is a REPLICA, the same as a REPRODUCTION?
I was going to auction off the Repro of the German Graf Zeppelin but I think I am not allowed? I thought that a repro would be okay as long as the title and description field states so... I'll put it on ebay I suppose....

Here are photos and also my previous thread of another Military theme auction (photos)

Suestamps,

These are Cinderellas and can be listed as such.
You will write it in the title and it's underprinted on the 'stamp' anyway.

It will be fine.
I have listed many Cinderellas which are reproductions.
I start my auction thus:

USA CINDERELLA: Etc etc

Hope this helps

Okay, I will give it a try Londonbus1
I will make sure I put the word Cinderellas and in parenthesis (Londonbus1 gave me the OK to list these stamps) Kidding LOL

I appreciate it so much, I wonder if I will get any 'bites'...

I just sorted my British colonies so maybe list some of them too. Thanks again!

Londonbus is correct, Sue.

As long as you're not trying to "misrepresent" your items, everything it fine.

Cindys and Reproductions are collectible items of interest to many SCF members.

Thanks for asking,
Kirk

Thank you so much Kirk and everyone!
I just created my very first auction here on SCF. Can anyone reading this, please see if you can see it and if everything looks okay and if I did everything correctly?

Hi, it's me again.
Since I am so new to the auction section here on SCF, I have another question please.....

When I go to the auction link, how does one bid on the auction?
I don't see a BID button? How does someone bid? ( The button is probably there, I just can't find it )

And what is "sniping"?? I just want to make sure I am not unintentionally doing any sniping...

Thank you all for your help and patience.

Me again, lolol. This thread states that you do not have to be a site supporter to auction here on SCF by the member bobby131313:

Can someone please verify?
I sent a message using the CONTACT US button, over 24 hours ago asking this, never received a reply....

Thank you so much,
