Looks more like the stamp was soaked and then dried on a paper towel or stamp drying book that had a texture to the paper, like Desert Magic perhaps?
Not sure about wove paper though.
The Stitch watermark (pressed into the paper before printing the stamp impression itself) looks like a stitch going across the back of the stamp somewhere, not all over.
Wove looks something like a under and over weaving sort of thing.
I am no expert on either, and open to correction of course.
Nicely centered 2c KEVII (King Edward 7th) though. Not a half bad cancel either really.
