I found this cover earlier today at my local stamp store...As a collector of German covers and a $10.00 price tag..couldn't resist.
Even has a Winter Relief contribution stamp affixed on the reverse.

Anybody else have items from the FDR Collection?

I had a stampless cover from Princeton, Massachusetts with a Green circular dated cancel. It had the same type of stamped information on the reverse as yours. Unfortunately, I don't have a acan.
