Hi guys...I have lots of world wide stamps that I don't have time to look at..But is this stamp a re-entry or just ink smears...Thanks.

I think all of those indicated lines are due to ink pull from blobs of ink set into the perforations downwards.

I had thought possibly of hairline cracks but the extra ink everywhere on this stamp and probably on the other stamps around in, along with all of the ink pull visible around the stamp,, plus the length and curvature of the lines, especially the longer curved line along the side, looks like some sort of ink pull.

The elongated pull is perhaps caused by something caught on the plate that attracted more ink than just the stamp's engravings themselves?

Nice to see, and I think people would pay extra somewhat for this variety shown.

I agree with Puzzler on this. I thought it was a bad case of uncleaned plates. If it was a re-entry it would probably not be quite so random.
