On these postal stationery designs, there are subtle, but key, differences.

Note that Washington's bust at the lower left on the $11,500 stamp is pointing to the third notch in the frame and the paper color is blue. This makes the stamp Scott U308 (design U70), unused, which has a catalog value of $20,000.

The other stamp (with heavy cancel) bust is pointing to the second notch in the frame and is on white paper. This makes the stamp Scott U311 (design U71), used, which has a catalog value of 25c.

Same answer I gave you on the other forum. These stamps will be found in every US collection and due to condition issues and that they are all common issues, very little value. But There is the one cancel I am jot familiar with.

Hi Vangelis,

As stallzer writes, these are all common stamps, many with faulty condition, so not worth much if you are looking to sell. In the top scan, there is a 2c Vermilion Jackson stamp with an interesting geometric cancel, but it is also faulty, so not of much value.

I assume you are showing us these stamps to get an idea of value? If you are looking for other information, and intend to keep or collect them, then you may ask a different question and get more information about them.

The bottom stamp scan is a Scott 634, a very common stamp. Catalog value is 25c, but real value is 1c or less.
