Hi guys..Just picked up this Scott #8 Nova Scotia MINT NH stamps today...There is extra aper on the right side, but notice the perforations are still intact...Bad perforation wheel..??...What do you think..??

This is quite common on these stamps. My guess is the paper may not have been compatible with the perforation machine.

Could be watermark...When I first looked at it with the naked eye, I thought it might be a paste up stamp with paper behind...oh well...Glad to have it any ways.
