Hi guys...Take a look at these 2 South Africa stamps..The yellow arrows point to one stamp having a coloured sun ray and the other is absent of colour...It that normal..Thanks.
This stamp design was issued a number of times with slight changes in the design and these two stamps come from different issues.
The easiest way to see this is to compare the height and width of the design area on these stamps. The design area on the right-hand stamp is shorter and narrower than the one on the left.
