Some months ago I bought a collection and it was comprised of around 13 binders. Only the pages were supplied, the binders were not. The pages were grouped together by rubber bands.
I intend to take the entire thing apart and entirely redo the material but for ease of working with it, it would be convenient to place the pages in binders.
Other then my spearing the pages with a guillotine and sticking the pages in a 3 ring binder, are there any thoughts for a cheap source for around 13 14-ring Safe stamp binders?
If it is to be only a temporary solution, why not keep the pages in suitably sized white card boxes. Just remove the page(s) to work on as needed before transferral to your main albums.
Visit the office supply store (like Office Depot or Staples) and see what they have available. Sometimes you can find a nice binder there for not much money. For a 14-ring binder, you might even find a closeout or a discontinued item on a steep discount. Maybe you'll find something that will work until something better comes along...
Thanks, but I suspect they won't offer a 14 ring binder than fills these Safe pages. I suspect that the company, as do some of the others(?), offer page sizings and hole punchings that are proprietary so that they lock you into their own, expensive, binders.
I have 2 Safe 14 ring binders with no pages, bought at auction. I don't really have any use for them, and can't remember why I bought them. They have the plastic inserts in them, if they are of any use to you.. Ken
You could also try "springback" binders for these pages. These are binders without snap-rings that clamp down on pages. They are quite common and can often be purchased in large groups on ebay.
