I know it is a Belgium Parcel Post and Railway stamp (Qxx), but don't have a catalog handy to ID the exact number.

Thank you all for the great information. I don't collect world wide stamps just thought this was an interesting one and I didn't even know where to start looking as it didn't have any sort of name on it. It just happened to be in with the bunch my grandmother gave to me years ago. Now to decide what to do with these world wide stamps I do have.
