I recently purchased Scott National Pages Part I.
I need a good three ring binder that is large enough to house these pages. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Welcome to SCF Dave.

At the risk of being obvious, did you consider these binders http://www.ihobb.com/c/SCOTTBINDERS.html --- available from various retailers and auction sites.

Subway sells some D-ring binders under their G&K house brand that I used for my Scott album pages. I find that they work pretty good.
