I have these two stamps from Germany 1961 5pf Albertus Magnus
A stamps with error in the perforation. Is this a fake or not?

Hi Rolle, Since this is a very common stamp, I doubt it is fake. Looks like maybe the machine may have made the perfs in the wrong place. I have seen a lot of stamps from all over the world with this type of mis-perf. I could be wrong though. Gary

Somebody playing around with a perforation machine, notice the smaller size ,so I don't think it was done at the printing plant .

Maybe the reperfed stamp could be renamed the 5pf Albertus Minimus?
