Obviously a bogus issue, as the Federated States of Polynesia does not exist. Anyone know the origins of this item?

The image is supposed to be in Tuvalu. Polynesia Philetelically is only French Polynesia! Interesting fake!

The only thing that shows up in a Google search is the pro-independence movement in French Polynesia proposing the Federated States of Polynesia as a new name for that territory. That certainly would not include Tuvalu.
