Bulgarian stamp showing Czar Ferdinand.

In the Scott catalog, it is either Bulgaria #98(14Feb1911)[19mm wide] or #120(7Nov1915)[20mm wide].

Germany or Australia? I think you meant Austria, but it reminded me of a stamp I made up a few years ago, just for fun.
