They are the issues of Regional Wildlife ( Vertical designs in multicolor )in 6th Apr 1983, P 14 1/2.

I only have the SG numbers

# 55 - Horiz strip of 5 Nos. 55/9
# 56 - King Cormorant
# 57 - Southern Elephant-seal
# 58 - Royal Penguin
# 59 - Dove Prion

Above are as per 1991 catalog of SG. Hope this would help you
