TJETJUN1-----Welcome to this chat room , to answer your question the overprint should be in red ink [almost orange in color, that could be from soaking of the stamp ?} with bars thru the 30 and 10 printed below the two bars . The Scott catalog says it was issued Sept 1937 it has a value of $2.50.The 10 on the 32 cent stamp is in black .

In 1937 two values were overprinted as an emergency measure because the post office was running out of 10 cent stamps.
one stamp was the 30 cent grey which was overprinted with one red bar through the 30 and 10 in red below it.
The other value was the 32.5 cent which was a red ( orange ) stamp. It was overprinted with the 10 in grey over the value. Since the 10 looked just like the one in your example above, it could be a proof?

Thank you, Floortrader. And I edited my post above, the red overprint only shows one bar!
There is a third stamp that is similar, issued in 1930. It is a 20 cent blue with three red bars through the 20, and 12.5 cents in red over the Queen's bust.

Nore NVPH 90, nore NVPH 92 mentions this. And that is curious. Reversed overprint of 10c on 30 is mentioned (it seems there was one sheet of 100 stamps). I've tried a few dutch keywords, but no result on the internet:
1937 Nederlands Indie / hulpuitgifte / opdruk zwart op 30 c grijs / PROEF/ :)
By the way, NVPH #228-229. Were valid till 31.12.1938
