First of all, I'm a Newbie on this forum.(Hi~)

I remember I bought this pennyred in a flea market in Europe.

But I couldn't get any useful information about this stamps yet(plate No., values etc.).

Any expert can give me some information of this stamp?

Sorry for the image quality:(

Till some member with better knowledge in GB stamps replies, you should try this:

I identified this as plate 193. Sometimes a scratch, a heavy cancellation makes difficult to read plate numbers...Many penny reds are not well-centered.

Due to the heavy postmark this is a bit more difficult, but appears to be plate 108.

What you have is a S.G.43 (Scott 33). Printed anytime between 1864 and 1879. It has a Large Crown watermark...is perforated 14... and is on white paper.
It is not in good condition, I'm afraid, as the perforations have been cut on two sides. It gives the impression of being imperforate on the left side but that is due to it being very badly centered. It is from plate 200 as already stated.... plate numbers ran from 71 to 225 although some numbers were not used and some are quite rare. Your plate 200 is a more common plate number.

edit... the value would be minimal due to condition. A few pennies.
re-edit... I was able to narrow the print date down to 1877.
