Can anyone shed light on the authenticity of this 1861 Neapoli Black Due Grana Signed by Leon Senf Leipzig. All help is much appreciated!

It's actually "Gebr. Senf" (Grebruder Senf). The Senf brothers were well-known and prolific forgers (including various Italian states issues), though most of their work included a "specimen" or "facsimile" overprint.
I can't speak specifically to this stamp but I wouldn't be placing any bets on it being genuine.

wrong color the 1g is black ,the 2g is blue .There is a black stamp but it is extremely rare{ $60,000} ,only found used. Yours looks like a forgery . Let me know I have various values of the real stamps from that set {do not have the black 2 g }if you want me to post pictures.
