2 King George V Stamps. Different Colors?

Hello. Any info on these two? What year and are they slightly different color? What about the perfs? One looks different. Thanks!

Most likely they faded in collector hands at different rates in the 110 years since they were printed. The first stamp was cut with scissors probably when the collector removed it from the envelope or card.
BTW: this is Edward VII, not George V

You have to take into account that these stamps had a number of plates used during their life-span. As the plates developed wear, the inking was changed and started to show fading.

There are a number of shades for most of the values of this issue.
