It doesn't seem as if this stamp should be that hard to place but for the life of me I cannot locate it:

vertical orientation
dark green
apparently a semi postal 12+38
gross deutsches reich
general gouverment
picture of a tower on left
embossed Nazi deal with swastiska in the middle

any help that can be provided would be appreciated

Leave it to wt1 to not only make a profound, warranted statement, but then, back it up with positive, accurate, constructive and knowledgeable information and provide the correct link to not only justify his comments, but to add to them.
