Date says 1898 and India but value is in Portuguese Reis. Both stamps are Mint with full gum except for a removed hinge mark on each. Any ideas what the catalog number would be and value?

Portuguese India (Goa and a few other places on the West coast)
Original stamps were the Vasco da Gama issue of 1898; then overprinted Republica in 1913; finally surcharged in 1914.
SG433 & SG437. Catalogue about 30p each.
