Thanks for viewing.

This is not listed in my Gibbons but I suspect it is SG7 BMA Malaya with the overprint omitted, please can anyone confirm / correct - thank you.

The 2014 Gibbons Part 1 states "The ... 8c. scarlet ... (was) was only issued with the BMA overprint, but the 8c. without overprint is known although in this state it was never issued (Price £15)."

Always pays to look at the footnotes!

Many thanks tony - I read the footnotes in my older version but there was no mention.

Edit - I read the BMA footnote not the Straits footnote - doh
