What is this a stamp from Bulgaria with overprint?

German occupation of Macedonia.
If not forged, a nice, listed error- 3 leva, with inverted 3.
In Michel Deutschland Spezial under Makedonien, #2 KW, 2005 CV mnh 150 eur.
(KW= Kopfstehende Wertziffern= inverted number/value)

I always take into consideration known dealers and experts mark (although these can be forged too).
