It is an Upham facsimile.
In this stamp you can see the top of the Upham imprint at the bottom of the stamp.
Plus the genuine stamps were print very close to each other. If this stamp was genuine you would see large parts of it neighbor's fames. The spider-web patter in green in the genuine stamp is larger, so that only ~4 circles will fit in the red border not ~5. There are many other differences.
