Wert, I examined my 4 copies, and they all show the mark on the large V, and many of the line extensions of your copy. (perhaps it is ink pull?) The noticeable difference of your stamp are the lines in the crown which are not present on copies I examined. Note that the known re-entries on this stamp are also shown on the re-entry web site managed by Ralph Trimble. Most appear to be in the letter PO of Postage.

Hello Wert,

I agree with Gilles, it looks more like the plate was not thoroughly wiped after it was inked or maybe even an ink pull. Almost all my copies show similar printing characteristics.

The crown is something different. I don't think it's a re-entry...
Maybe a hair fell on the plate?
You let us know when Ralph answers you!

By the way, it's an awesome stamp you got there. Wish I had a 6 cent as good looking as this one! :)
