Beyond the obvious damage of your cover, can anyone explain the "Postage Paid" stamp from the Isle of Man? What is the value of that postage? Is it a standard stamp (label) used on international mail or is it something applied at a post office?
Interesting. I've ordered from a number of national philatelic centers and the only one that arrived damaged (and late) was from IOM. It's like they're floating everything from Douglas to Liverpool ...
