I think I got this. The left, damaged stamp is Scott 23b and the right pair is Scott 45. The color on the right pair looks a little washed out as it should be a green.

The Scott 23b is a little odd in that the frame line appears different than my other examples. Either over-inked, or doubled. Any thoughts?

The right pair also looks a little odd. Washed out in several areas, and lots of odd looking letters. I don't have any comparisons, but I also see a horizontal line in the top and bottom frame lines. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but I think you got them wrong. What you have is 33b photo, and 46 or 47 depending on the size. Take a look at this http://www.stampboards.com/viewtopi...?f=13&t=4360

The first stamp is in typography, the other two in photogravure! At least that is what I learned form Colin :)

Look at the straight leg of R on the first stamp. On typo it is curved, or at least this is how I understand this. One thing I noticed though, Scott refers to non typo stamps as photo, but Colin as Roto.
