I have a large envelope of Ireland stamps on and off Paper looking for a home. I'll put the first five names in a hat and the lucky draw gets to give them a home. I'll pay the postage. No I was confused there wasn't two offers. I'll make sure you get your name in the hat. If you respond to the offer for the Philippine stamps. Please indicate on your request to get your name in the hat for Philippine stamps. I got mixed up and put two offers out for the same offer of Ireland stamps.Sorry for the mixup.
