I want to apologize: I should have started different threads for

- Over/Under Before/After,

- Over/Under Inside/Out (common for hotels & restaurants), and

- Over/Under Surface/Below ... the latter of which seems to be a New York pasttime.

Anyway, here's another one for this over-broad thread ...
