USPS PMG Donahoe To Retire; Megan Brennan Is Named New PMG

Since the Postmaster General has the final say in stamps issued for collectors, this does come under the heading of "Philatelic News". We'll have to wait and see how the new leadership change affects the stamp collecting community:
