Not from a scan. You need to compare side by side with a certified copy or 3. Or you need to send it to someone for a certification that can compare it side by side with a known copy.

26 of the Scott 211D were sold - that's all. There are NO known used copies - all are unused NG. Your stamp is Scott 211.

As a reference, you can check the Siegel census (http://www.siegelauctions.com/dynam...D/211D.pdf). You would need to obtain an expertising certificate if you intend to sell it.
