2008 Scott notes; Overprints on the 1867 white paper are fraudulent. Counterfeits are plentiful. The 1rred with"1/2" surcharge is bogus.
So which is this? I think I hit all three with this one.I like the bogus moniker best...

How did I miss that...!!
I thought the Scott catalog using the term Bogus was funny.
I've never seen this issue of Mexico before but when I looked at the back and saw fingerprints in the gum I was already suspect.
