Maverickx, this is probably a cut out from postal stationary U48. Full card is listed at 75c. cut out probably worth less than half

Gilles, after closer look, I'm thinking the same. Looks like the cuts are not even all around. Must be stationary.

No question about it. It is cut from a postal stationery envelope, Webb's No. EN47.
