Any thoughts on this one? I can't find any similar color of this one or perf. Were they cut by scissors or is it roulett. Thanks for any info.

Do not have a catalogue handy to confirm this, but it looks like some had fun with scissors cutting it out of a stationery. |

I've searched and can't find this color shade anywhere. I will say it does look very similar to examples of roullete cut stamps. If someone did, they did a pretty good job. |

Looks like a pair of zig zag scissors. I used to play with them as a kid. |

weird. What's that tiny vertical line on the left of the back of stamp and that little arrow on the bottom left edge of the back of the stamp? |

This isn't a stamp. It's a print of a real stamp design on some blue paper, probably an envelope as suggested. Whatever was printed on the back, I don't know. Probably someone cut it that way because they figured it would resemble a real stamp.
By the way, I've always called those sorts of scissors pinking shears. |

Pinking shears was used to chop it out of a book or magazine. Look at the printing on the lower left of the reverse. |

Looks like gum on the back too. So they obviously must have stuck it on an envelope and passed it as a real stamp? |

probably used like an Easter/Christmas seal or a "ride-along" with the proper postage. I doubt any postmaster being fooled by this rather crude fake being that isn't even in it's issued color. This was likely done by a bored child or to dress up a philatelic cover or correspondence perhaps? |

Yes, very strange and super creative, if that. It definitely has some type of substance on the back. And those little lines.. one almost looks like an arrow. Feels like real gum, but I guess most glues could feel that way too. Very weird. |
