Logically, you can't miss with an imperf plate block. It stands to reason that on this block, you couldn't get a better centered stamp than the middle one in the right column. I pick that one.

The travesty is all of the blocks like that which have been vandalized, nay destroyed, all for the sake of submitting stamps for grading in search of that 100J grade.
