The winner will be selected based on the NBA basketball games of Dec. 17.

The last two digits in a team's final score will determine the winner.
We will start with Team 1. If the team produces a two-digit number that matches an entry number, we have a winner. For example, if the Dallas Mavericks (my No. 1 team based on the fact that its owner, Mark Cuban, is a stamp collector scores 103 points .. then the 03 entry is the winner. If the Mavs score 137 points, we move on to to Team No. 2 ... and so on, until we come up with a winner.

Twenty teams are playing .. .I am sure we will come up with a winning entry from those; if not, we will move on to the Thursday schedule. (If, for some reason, there is a flood of late entries (more than 30 altogether, let's say), I will have to choose a different method to find a winning entry.)

Dadeo - it was NOT too late to enter, but with the caveat you will have to pay for some of the shipping to Canada .. I think it is about $11 and I pay for $4 ... but if you win, the book ($12 regular price) is still a nice deal.
