wert, if you are referring to the line to the top left of the border, then no, mine does not. As far as the white horizontal lines between the A and the P on top, and also the those on the bottom between the E and the C, then yes, or, am I missing the point?

Yes, the horizontal lines in the top and bottom vignette are common to all of the stamps in that issue. The small line at top left is not common.
