I found the same amount but different colors....
This one is green other is red and 1/2 in green...I know it's KING George VI.. maybe 1936...a name and value would help....

Welcome to the forum. That would be a Scott#282 King George definitive issued in the series of 1950-51. Same design as the 1937 series.

Stanley Gibbons#505. Issue date for that specific denomination May 3, 1951

It looks like the 1951 Gravure King George VI issue of 1951. A very common stamp. I do not have my scott nearby but my Krause Minkus shows it is #370.
