I know theyre from russia/soviet union 1900-1910 but I cant find similar on ebay

They're both from South Russia, 1919, Civil War issues. The 25/1kopeck overprint is part of the Don Government Rostov issue, Scott #6, catalogued at 60 cents. The 10kopeck green is Scott #62, part of the General Deniken issue, catalogued at 20 cents.
