Hi guys...A couple of weeks ago I received a letter and this was attached (not part of the envelope) along with the postage..Not sure why or what it is for..?

Dont know what the item is really but I can tell you that Reiche wrote a book (an many others) on the small Queens containing illustrations like this one. Hope this helps !

wert.....
looks to be a plate variety card.
The stamp in question would have a "plate flaw"
and the design would be drawn on this in ink to show
the flaw in larger size.

The numeral "1" in the lower right corner is different from the numeral "1" in the lower left corner. The right-hand "1" does not have a tail coming out of the upper left side of the number. Perhaps this is the plate flaw this is being illustrated.
