Roman or Papal States 1867, 80 cents. There were reprints as well as forgeries.

I can't find a quick online guide but it appears to be a tricky field. Here's a start as to what's what

Your photo is too poor to I.D. that stamp. Most likely it is a Usigli reprint ,they were prepared on matte and on glazed paper .I would have to see the back ,to see if the impression are visible on the back .

I can a bit of light glinting of the bottom of the stamp so it looks like some kind of smoothed or glazed paper..just my opinion though?

It dose look glazed depending how you look at it. tilted it looks glazed but straight on it looks matte.

I followed your link it looks like there were lots of fakes.

Stamp collecting can be disappointing at times. you think you have a masterpiece and end up with somthing else.
